Our volunteer surf lifesavers undertake various roles on patrol including performing rescues, providing first aid and conducting preventative actions to educate members of the public on surf safety.
In 2019/20 volunteers patrolled for more than 4,700 hours, carrying out three rescues and performing 43 preventative actions.
We are please to say that no lives were lost between the flags at Pacific SLSC during the season.
The 2020/21 patrol season commenced on 19 September 2020 and will run through till 3 May 2021. During this period volunteers will be on the beach every weekend and public holiday.
We are always looking for community members who are interested in joining the club to become volunteer lifesavers.
